Construction Estimator - High End Residential Homes

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate has experience estimating high-end residential homes, understands detailed construction plans, and can deliver precise takeoffs and pricing. Responsibilities - Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects - Review plans, specifications, and project documents -mPerform quantity takeoffs and material calculations - Estimate labor, materials, and project costs - Prepare and submit detailed estimates within project deadlines - Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors as needed Requirements - Previous experience as a Construction Estimator - Experience estimating both commercial and residential projects - Experience with high-end residential homes (required) - Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Role Details - Pay: $5–$6/hr - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST - Type: Full-Time, Remote
