Summary

We are seeking an expert construction estimator to perform takeoffs for site and building plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing takeoff and construction estimation, ensuring accurate and detailed cost analysis. Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, estimating material costs, and preparing comprehensive reports. Familiarity with CAD software is essential. Ability to review plans and address missing information and providing RFI to ensure complete scopes Is crucial. Must be able to clearly present scope gaps and non code complainant issues.
