Short lines, fast decisions, high ownership. ⸻ What you’ll do (Your Role) As Construction Planner (Projectvoorbereider), you are the engine behind every project before it hits the jobsite - and the last line of defence before an error reaches the client. You make sure designs, documents, materials, permits, schedules and plans are complete, correct, and perfectly timed. Estimates and designs reach you from upstream. Your first job is never to trust them. You cross-check every material, quantity, spec, and dimension against the drawings and the real scope before anything is ordered or scheduled. A wrong line that you catch costs nothing; one you let through costs a rework, a delay, and a client's trust. You coordinate between clients, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, municipalities, and our internal team – ensuring the project is 100% ready to execute. Design, Engineering & Permits • Drive and coordinate architectural designs, structural calculations, and interior design packages (through external partners). • Assess whether permits are required; prepare or manage permit applications through municipalities or external bureaus. • Ensure drawings, calculations, and documentation meet project requirements. Planning & Documentation • Plan project start dates in alignment with clients and contractors. • Prepare project documents: scopes, work plans, Gantt charts, technical drawings, and contract packages. • Maintain clear, structured, up-to-date documentation inside the Bricknest platform. Materials, Procurement & Logistics • Build precise material lists based on approved designs and structural plans. • Verify specifications (dimensions, colours, finishes) and monitor delivery dates. • Order materials and prefabricated elements from various suppliers. • Ensure all materials arrive on time and in full - no delays, no surprises. Coordination During Execution • Track and update budgets; arrange additional procurement when needed. • Manage communication with municipalities around containers, scaffolding, or temporary structures. • Arrange and monitor waste containers, logistics needs, and local regulations. • Upload and organise all technical documentation for the execution team. 100% Remote Work fully remote with our digital platform, video calls, and online tools.
