Construction Tech Stack Integration Consultant

We are standardizing the technology stack for a PE-backed utility infrastructure services platform running Foundation ERP alongside Procore (project management), B2W (estimating and field operations), and Tenna (equipment management). The systems work today but do not talk to each other well. Your job is to fix that and define the standard stack for a growing acquisition platform. What You Will Do - Assess the configuration, adoption, and licensing of Procore, B2W, and Tenna and their current connection points to Foundation - Recommend keep, replace, or extend for each tool with a clear business case - Design and build integrations and data flows: budgets, commitments, and change orders between - Procore and Foundation; B2W estimates into job setup and cost tracking; Tenna equipment data into job costing and utilization reporting - Eliminate duplicate entry and reconcile field-to-office data - Define master data standards (jobs, cost codes, vendors, equipment) that hold across entities - Support a consolidated reporting layer (Power BI or similar) on top of the integrated stack - Document the target architecture and integration playbook for future add-on acquisitions Must-Have Qualifications - Hands-on admin/configuration experience with at least two of: Procore, B2W (Estimate/Track), Tenna or comparable equipment management platforms - Experience integrating field systems with a construction ERP (Foundation strongly preferred; Vista, Sage 300 CRE, or CMiC acceptable) - Understanding of construction data structures: job cost codes, budgets, commitments, change orders, and equipment costing - Experience with self-perform contractors (utility, heavy civil, or trades) - Ability to work independently, document clearly, and communicate with both field ops and accounting stakeholders Nice to Have - API/middleware experience (Procore API, flat-file or iPaaS integrations, Ryvit/DataXchange or similar) - Power BI or SQL reporting on construction data - Multi-entity roll-up or PE portfolio company experience - Percentage-of-completion accounting familiarity
