# Consultant / Operations Specialist – Establishing Premier Shared Services Philippines **Location:** Philippines (Remote) **Engagement:** Contract / Consultancy ## About Us Premier Supported Living is a Melbourne-based disability services provider specialising in transition support and Supported Independent Living (SIL). As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced consultant or operations specialist to assist us in establishing a dedicated Philippines-based back-office operation to support our Australian business. We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in setting up offshore teams and managing all aspects of recruitment, operations, systems, and workforce development. ## Scope of Engagement The successful candidate will assist Premier in developing and implementing a professional shared services operation, including: ### Recruitment & Workforce Development * Designing organisational structures and role descriptions. * Sourcing, screening, and recruiting suitable staff. * Conducting interviews and assisting with onboarding. * Developing training and workforce processes. * Building a sustainable talent pipeline. ### Operations & Systems * Advising on remote and office-based operating models. * Developing workflows, SOPs, and reporting structures. * Implementing performance management frameworks and KPIs. * Establishing productivity and quality assurance processes. ### Functions to Support * Support Coordination Administration * Rostering and Scheduling * Quality and Compliance Support * Human Resources Administration * Recruitment Coordination * Finance and Payroll Administration * Intake and Referral Management * Executive and Administrative Support ### Technology & Infrastructure * Microsoft 365 * SharePoint and Teams * CRM and workflow systems * Task management platforms * Data security and information management processes ### Strategic & Operational Advice * Recommending the most suitable employment and operational structures. * Advising on payroll, HR, and local employment requirements. * Supporting the establishment and growth of Premier Shared Services Philippines. * Assisting with scaling and operational best practices. ## Essential Experience * Demonstrated experience establishing offshore teams or shared services operations in the Philippines. * Strong recruitment and human resources background. * Experience managing remote and office-based teams. * Experience supporting Australian businesses preferred. * Healthcare, disability, aged care, or professional services experience highly regarded. * Strong project management and communication skills. * Ability to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on implementation. ## About the Opportunity This role is ideal for an experienced professional who has successfully established and managed offshore operations and is passionate about building high-performing teams and systems.
