AI Consultant for Business Concept Review

We are developing an enterprise AI and automation company based in Bangladesh. Our current concept includes three potential product areas: 1. Bangla Voice AI for banks, hospitals, telecom companies, universities, and other customer-support operations 2. AI-powered CRM and sales automation for lead capture, lead scoring, follow-ups, and outreach 3. AI image-editing automation for high-volume e-commerce and creative-production workflows The business is being developed by the team behind Living Colors Studio, an established creative-production company with more than 16 years of experience. We already have real operational workflows, image-production data, quality-control processes, and internal automation use cases that could support product development. We are not currently looking for someone to immediately build the entire platform. We first need an experienced AI consultant or fractional AI/technology advisor who can help us determine what is technically realistic, commercially sensible, and worth building first. ### What We Need Help With The consultant will review our current presentation, ideas, available resources, market assumptions, and proposed business model. They should then help us answer questions such as: * Which of the three product ideas should we prioritize first? * Should we build one focused product instead of attempting three products simultaneously? * What can be built using existing AI APIs and open-source models? * What, if anything, requires proprietary model training? * Is building a Bangla voice AI product technically and commercially realistic? * How much Bangla speech data would be required? * Should we build our own ASR and TTS systems, fine-tune existing models, or rely on third-party APIs? * What would the MVP architecture look like? * What integrations, infrastructure, cloud services, security systems, and data pipelines would be required? * What type of technical team should we hire first? * Which roles can be outsourced and which should be in-house? * What would a realistic budget and timeline be? * What are the major technical, regulatory, data-privacy, and execution risks? * How should we structure an initial pilot with a bank, hospital, telecom company, university, SME, or Living Colors Studio? * How can we avoid spending heavily before proving customer demand? Our current plan discusses native Bangla speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational workflows, as well as industry-specific agents for areas such as hospital appointments, banking support, telecom support, and university admissions. Expected Deliverables We would like the consultant to provide: * An assessment of the overall business and technical concept * A recommendation on which product to build first * A clear MVP scope * A proposed technology stack and system architecture * Build-versus-buy recommendations * Recommended AI models, APIs, platforms, and infrastructure * Data requirements and data-collection strategy * A realistic phased development roadmap * Estimated development and operating costs * Recommended team structure and hiring sequence * Technical and commercial risk analysis * Pilot strategy and measurable success criteria * A final consultation call explaining the recommendations to our non-technical leadership team The recommendations should be practical and understandable to business owners who do not have deep technical backgrounds. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with strong experience in several of the following areas: * AI product strategy * Generative AI and LLM applications * Voice AI and conversational AI * Speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems * Low-resource language AI * Bangla or South Asian language technology * Computer vision or image-processing automation * AI-powered CRM and workflow automation * Enterprise SaaS architecture * MLOps and cloud infrastructure * AI startup MVP development * Technical due diligence * Building and leading AI engineering teams Experience with tools or platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Whisper, Hugging Face, LangChain, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Vapi, LiveKit, or similar technologies would be useful. Important We do not want generic AI advice or a report generated from templates. We need someone who can challenge our assumptions, identify weaknesses in the plan, and tell us honestly what should and should not be built.
