Odoo ERP Functional Consultant

Odoo Concept is looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of AI tools, especially Claude. In this role, you will work with clients to analyze business processes, define functional requirements, and design scalable Odoo solutions while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, documentation quality, and project execution. Key Responsibilities * Configure and optimize Odoo modules based on client needs. * Use AI tools such as Claude to support documentation, analysis, process design, and workflow optimization. * Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations. * Support testing, documentation, and user adoption. Requirements * Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant. * Strong understanding of Odoo business processes and ERP implementations. * Experience using Claude or other AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and operational workflows. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * English level B2 or higher. Additional Requirements * Minimum availability of 10 hours per week. * Candidates must be located in Eastern Europe or Latin America (excluding Argentina).
