Technical Nonwoven Manufacturing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced consultant with expertise in technical nonwovens and engineered materials to help build an export-focused manufacturing business. The business will manufacture products such as geotextiles, filtration media, automotive insulation, furniture felt, industrial felt, oil absorbent materials, landscaping fabrics, and other engineered nonwoven products for customers in North America, Europe, and other international markets. Responsibilities * Recommend the best products to manufacture and export * Develop the product roadmap and manufacturing process * Recommend machinery, factory layout, and production capacity * Identify raw material and machinery suppliers * Advise on quality standards and international certifications * Assist with product development and commercialization * Help identify international buyers, distributors, OEMs, and export opportunities * Develop an export market entry strategy Preferred Experience * 10+ years in technical nonwoven manufacturing * Experience with geotextiles, filtration media, automotive nonwovens, or industrial textiles * Experience setting up manufacturing plants * Strong knowledge of machinery and production processes * Experience supplying customers in North America or Europe Please include examples of similar projects you have worked on, products you have developed, factories you have helped establish, and your experience with international business development.
