Summary

About Us: Ayren Impact is a UK-based company dedicated to pioneering new, highly secure aviation concepts designed to drastically improve aircraft safety and prevent catastrophic crashes. We are looking for a forward-thinking, creative Aerospace Engineer to provide high-level consulting and guide our conceptual studies. Scope of Work:We need an expert to review our foundational aviation concepts and provide a structured consultation. Your role will involve: A-Concept Review & Analysis: Providing an honest, technical evaluation of our current safety and design concepts. B-Material Science Guidance: Advising on the advanced materials, technologies, or testing environments needed to bring these concepts to a simulation or physical testing phase. C-Strategic Advisory: Offering proactive suggestions, alternative engineering pathways, and technical insights to strengthen our ongoing studies. D-Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a video interview to discuss their background and approach to engineering challenges. (Note: A standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required before deep-diving into specific proprietary concepts). Candidate Requirements: 1-We welcome both emerging talent and seasoned professionals. We care more about your mind and your technical foundation than a long CV. 2-Technical Verification: While extensive work experience is not required, you must hold at least one degree, certification, or verifiable piece of academic/professional evidence proving your knowledge of aerospace engineering and aircraft design. 3-Exceptional Mindset: You must be a uniquely creative thinker who challenges conventional limits and believes that unorthodox engineering problems can be solved. 4-Growth & Optimization Mentality: You possess the patience and vision to take early-stage ideas (even those with a 5–10% initial success probability) and help refine, iterate, and structurally improve them to maximize their viability.Project Type: One-time project (with potential for ongoing advisory)
