VA + Content Assistant (AI-Savvy) — Digital Marketing Agency

Quartz Digital Marketing is looking for a smart, organized Virtual Assistant who can also handle content production using AI tools. This is not a traditional copywriter role — we use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to produce first drafts. We need someone who knows how to prompt, edit, and publish that content across client accounts quickly and accurately. You'll support the owner directly — managing tasks, keeping projects on track, producing content, and making sure nothing slips. The right person is proactive, AI-literate, and doesn't need to be micromanaged. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to produce copy for websites, emails, social media, and blogs • Edit and refine AI-generated content to match each client's brand voice • Manage the owner's task list and follow up on outstanding items • Keep project boards updated (Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar) • Draft client-facing emails, proposals, and documents from outlines or voice notes • Organize files, shared drives, and client folders • Research competitors, industries, or tools as needed • Schedule and publish content across platforms WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Actively uses AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, or similar — for writing and research • Strong English editing skills (you don't write from scratch, but you make AI output sound human) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Experience with project management tools (Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or Asana) • Proactive communicator — flags problems, suggests solutions, follows through • Available at least 4 hours/day during PST business hours NICE TO HAVE: • Experience supporting a marketing agency or creative business • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Slack, or Google Workspace • Social media publishing experience HOW TO APPLY: To apply, answer the following: 1.
