Content Creator & Community Manager - DeFloe

Do you love connecting directly with players and know how to captivate an audience? We are looking for our official voice (and face) to host our live streams, build a thriving community, and take DeFloe to the next level. Key Responsibilities Your routine will be split between live action (streaming) and building strong relationships with our player base (community management). 1. Content Creation & Live Streaming (60%) • Host regular live stream sessions (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, or Kick) showcasing DeFloe gameplay. • Put on a show: Entertain the audience, explain game mechanics, take on chat-voted challenges, and host play sessions with subscribers. • Repurpose live content: Identify the best highlights (clips, epic fails, clutch moments) to create engaging Shorts, Reels, and TikToks. 2. Community Management & Engagement (30%) • Moderate and grow the official DeFloe Discord server (organizing tournaments, community events, and discussion channels). • Manage social media channels (X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram) to keep the community active and hyped between streams. • Embody the DeFloe brand: Reply to comments, interact with humor and empathy, and maintain a positive environment across all platforms. 3. Feedback Loop & Trend Scouting (10%) • Act as the bridge between players and the dev team: Gather structured player feedback, bug reports, and suggestions to help improve the game. • Stay on top of gaming and streaming trends to pitch fresh concepts for future streams and content. Candidate Profile You are the perfect fit if: • You are a creator at heart: You are highly comfortable on camera, have excellent communication skills, and possess infectious, positive energy. • Gaming is your passion: You learn fast, love dissecting game mechanics, and know how to share your enthusiasm with others. • You speak internet fluently: Discord, Twitch, TikTok, and meme culture hold no secrets for you. • Self-driven and creative: You know how to use basic editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) to quickly turn your streams into short-form content. • Soft skills: Empathetic, patient, and quick-witted enough to handle a live chat in a fun and welcoming manner.
