Content Operations Coordinator Operation Lead | The Frontline Leadership Podcast Type: Ongoing, weekly recurring work Pay: Fixed weekly rate (once fully onboarded) Est. time: 4-6 hrs/week (once fully onboarded) Location: Remote, but must have real-time overlap with Central Time (US) on Tuesday mornings About the Role Operation Lead hosts The Frontline Leadership Podcast, a weekly leadership development show for manufacturing and industrial leaders. We're looking for a detail-obsessed content operations coordinator to own the editing, repurposing, scheduling, and publishing pipeline for one episode per week — from raw recording to published, scheduled content across five platforms. This is not a writing role and not a strategy role. It's an execution role for someone who can follow a detailed, established process precisely, catch their own mistakes, and flag what doesn't fit rather than guessing. You'll be working from a fully documented SOP — every step, every naming convention, every export spec is written down. Your job is to execute it reliably, every single week, and tell us when something in the process itself needs fixing. What a Week Looks Like - Edit the week's episode in Riverside: patch in intro/outro, one full cleanup pass, export the full episode, and cut 2-3 short-form clips with their own edit/export process - Repurpose the episode transcript into a blog post, email newsletter, and two LinkedIn posts, using our AI-assisted workflow, our brand voice guide, and a fixed template - Review your own draft against our voice and messaging standard before submitting for final review and approval - Schedule everything across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, our blog, our email platform, and LinkedIn - Publish and verify — confirm every asset actually went live correctly, not just that it was scheduled What You Need - Real experience editing video/audio — Riverside specifically is a plus, but comparable tools (Descript, CapCut, Premiere) count - Comfortable working inside an AI-assisted writing workflow (we use Claude) — you're reviewing and refining AI-drafted copy against a strict voice guide, not writing from scratch and not accepting AI output uncritically - Working knowledge of WordPress, an email platform (we use Kit), LinkedIn scheduling, and Google Drive/Sheets - Sharp attention to detail — this role is graded on whether five different pieces of content are all correct and live, not on creative flair - Comfortable following a process exactly as written, and telling us clearly when a step doesn't work rather than working around it silently - Passionate about personal growth and leader development and eager to play a foundational role in a consulting firm startup
