Hello! We're an established digital agency looking for a strong conversion copywriter to help polish and finish our new website and a niche Google Ads landing page. This is not a blank-page writing job. We already have copy drafted, a clear site structure, a brand direction, and specific landing page goals. We're looking for a writer who can come in, improve/tighten what's there, cut what's too long, sharpen the messaging, and make it all feel finished. One important distinction we want to hold: the main site is brand-forward and should feel polished, cohesive, and premium. The landing page is direct response for paid traffic and should feel personal, specific, and conversion-first. These are two different jobs and the copy should not read the same across both. The voice throughout: confident, warm, clear, direct, human, purposeful. Never corporate/generic agency-speak or AI-flavored. We work with clients in healthcare, legal, food/beverage, local services, arts, and national brands. Our positioning centers on being the digital partner that handles the full picture: websites, search, copy, ads, reputation, analytics, ongoing support, and the messy digital pieces clients do not want to chase themselves. Milestone 1: Therapist landing page package We are launching a Google Ads campaign targeting private practice therapists. - Conversion polish pass on the therapist landing page. Keep the existing strategy and structure intact; improve flow, clarity, and emotional precision. The page speaks to therapists with gaps in their caseload, weak Google visibility, outdated websites, underperforming Psychology Today profiles, or confusion about what to fix first. It should read like it was written for therapists, not for marketing buyers. - Polish of the short case study block on that page (we'll provide the full case study). Credible and compelling without overclaiming. - Copy pass on the thank-you page and CTA language so the flow from ad click to form submit to booking feels consistent. - 12 responsive search ad headlines, 6 descriptions, and 1 alternate hero headline/subheadline pair for an A/B test, tightly message-matched to the page. Milestone 2: Main agency website polish Section-by-section copy polish, not a rewrite. Sections include: homepage hero, service positioning, "The Full Picture" messaging, portfolio intro copy, trust/proof sections, agency positioning, process sections, real-person support messaging, and final CTAs. Plus notes on anything you would cut, move, or clarify. We will provide: current website copy draft, therapist landing page draft, case study draft, brand voice notes, site structure, staging link, keyword/ad group context, and notes on which claims are approved vs. still pending.
