UpFlip has 1.6M+ YouTube subscribers, a 50K+ email list, and millions of monthly views from aspiring entrepreneurs. We’ve built UpFlip Accelerator — a platform that helps people choose, start, and grow a business through guided Journeys, AI coaching, business tools, templates, and customer acquisition systems. We also have free lead magnets already live — Niche Finder and Business Assessment — with a third, Business Idea Analyzer, coming next. The audience is there. The product is built. The lead magnets are in place. Now we need someone who can turn that attention into users and paying customers. This role is all about conversion. You’ll own the inbound funnel across YouTube promos, lead magnet funnels, landing pages, CTAs, email sequences, signup flows, activation, and trial-to-paid conversion. We’re not looking for a strategist or agency manager. We’re looking for an executor who has done this before, knows what moves the needle, and is willing to be measured by results. We prefer a base + performance structure so incentives are aligned. If you’re confident in your ability to drive conversions, this should be exciting. Application Questions 1.
