Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist — D2C Healthcare/Telehealth Funnel Audit

We are a direct-to-consumer telehealth company offering GLP-1s, hormone therapy, and peptides. We're looking for a conversion rate optimization (CRO) specialist to audit our website funnel — from landing page through intake/checkout — and deliver a prioritized set of recommendations, with the option to implement changes. Scope of work: Full funnel audit: homepage → program pages → intake/checkout flow, including our third-party intake platform handoff Identify friction points, drop-off risks, and CTA/messaging inconsistencies Review pricing transparency and objection-handling (FAQ, trust signals, social proof) Competitive benchmarking against other DTC telehealth brands (Ro, Hims, Noom, Found, etc.) Deliver a written audit with prioritized, impact-ranked recommendations (Optional phase 2) Implement approved changes and set up A/B testing/analytics to measure results Ideal candidate has: Proven CRO/UX audit experience, ideally for DTC e-commerce or healthcare/telehealth Familiarity with healthcare marketing constraints (FTC advertising guidelines, HIPAA-adjacent data handling, compounded pharmaceutical regulations) — direct GLP-1/peptide experience is a strong plus Experience with tools like GA4, Hotjar/FullStory, or similar for funnel/behavior analysis A portfolio or case studies showing before/after conversion impact Strong written communication — we need clear, actionable findings, not just a slide deck To apply, please include: 1–2 examples of past funnel audits or CRO projects (case studies preferred over portfolio links alone) Your general process for auditing a funnel like this and turnaround time Whether you'd approach this as audit-only or audit + implementation, and your rough estimate for each
