We're a B2B SaaS company that's been in business for over 10 years. We have a large, established email database that we actively market to, but our emails aren't converting the way they should. We're not looking for someone to chase brand-new audiences — we want someone who can convert the people already engaging with us. This is a holistic marketing-and-sales role, not a siloed PPC gig. You'll need to understand how our current email marketing is set up, identify where it's breaking down, and build a system that moves warm contacts from "engaged" to "customer." This role has two phases: an initial setup project to build the system, followed by ongoing maintenance and optimization work. We're looking for someone who wants a long-term working relationship, not just a one-off build. What we need you to do (initial setup): Audit our existing email marketing setup and tell us why engagement isn't turning into conversions. Build a marketing funnel for our existing contact list in Mautic (segmentation, nurture flows, scoring, triggers). Use PPC as a conversion layer, not a discovery layer — retargeting aimed at people already engaging with our emails and content, to push them over the line. We do not need PPC to generate net-new cold traffic. Identify engaged contacts and move them automatically into a sales pipeline. Automate the parts of the sales process that can be handled online (booking, follow-ups, qualification, handoffs). Once a deal closes, automate onboarding for new customers. Ongoing maintenance (after setup): Monitor and optimize the funnels, campaigns, and PPC performance over time. Maintain and adjust the Mautic automations and sales pipeline as our needs evolve. Report on what's working, what's not, and what's driving conversions. Who you are: You have real experience across both marketing and sales — funnel strategy through to pipeline and close, not just ad management. Hands-on with Mautic (or a very comparable platform you can prove you've run end-to-end). Strong with PPC for remarketing/retargeting specifically. You think in systems and automation, and you understand attribution — we want to know what's actually driving conversions. Ongoing maintenance will be handled as a separate flat-fee monthly retainer. Please include your proposed monthly retainer rate along with your setup bid.
