Founded by former Google leaders, we manage paid media and conversion tracking for high-growth brands across healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, and lead generation verticals. We are looking for an experienced Conversion Tracking Analyst to join our analytics team on a contract basis. You will own the full tracking lifecycle, from audit and implementation to QA and ongoing optimization, across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Implement and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta (Pixel + CAPI), Microsoft Ads, and additional platforms - Build and manage Google Tag Manager containers (client-side and server-side), including custom HTML/JS tags, triggers, and variables - Configure GA4 properties, custom events, audiences, and measurement protocols - Set up offline conversion imports and CRM-to-platform passback pipelines (Salesforce, HubSpot) - Implement enhanced conversions, consent mode, and privacy-compliant tracking solutions - Support healthcare clients with HIPAA-compliant tracking tools (e.g., FreshPaint) - Integrate call tracking platforms (CallTrackingMetrics, WhatConverts) with ad platforms - Perform tracking audits, diagnose data discrepancies, and resolve tag-firing issues - Document implementations and create SOPs for recurring tracking workflows WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required: - 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side) - Deep knowledge of GA4 configuration, event taxonomy design, and debugging - Proven experience implementing Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads conversion tracking - Experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM-to-platform data flows - Proficiency with GTM debugging tools, GA4 DebugView, Tag Assistant, and browser dev tools - Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom tag development - Strong written communication and documentation skills Preferred: - Agency experience managing tracking across multiple client accounts simultaneously - Shopify checkout extensibility and e-commerce tracking - BigQuery and Looker Studio for reporting and data validation - Call tracking integrations (CallTrackingMetrics, WhatConverts) - Google Ads scripts or Apps Script for automation ENGAGEMENT DETAILS - Type: 1099 Independent Contractor - Duration: Open-ended with contract-to-hire potential - Location: Fully remote; US Eastern time zone availability preferred - Tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, GTM, GA4, Looker Studio Tiger Tracks is an equal opportunity employer.
