I have the original AutoCAD 2008 DWG files for a custom single-family residence (approximately 1,600 sq ft of interior space), including: - Floor plan - Exterior elevations - Site plan - Dimensions - Doors and windows - Roof information I am looking for an experienced architectural modeler to create a **high-quality, fully editable SketchUp Pro model**. This model will **not** be used just for rendering. It will serve as the master model for future remodeling and design iterations, so organization and accuracy are extremely important. --- ## Deliverables Please create an accurate SketchUp (.skp) model that includes: - Exterior walls - Interior walls - Floors - Roof - Doors - Windows - Garage - Stairs - Basic built-in cabinetry (if shown on plans) - Property line / lot boundary and existing building footprint, traced from the site/plot plan portion of the same drawing sheet (as a simple reference layer/group — not a full civil survey with topography or utilities) No furniture is required. No landscaping is required.
