Convert Complex Financial Forecast to Excel Dashboard

I own a residential pest control company and need help rebuilding our annual forecast in Excel. I already have an existing forecast workbook, but I want to simplify it and turn it into a more useful monthly management tool. The goal is to track forecast vs actuals without overwriting the original forecast. I’m looking for someone who can build a clean Excel model that includes: Original annual forecast by month (Sales, Gross margin tracking, net margin tracking.) Monthly actuals input section Current forecast that uses actuals for closed months and forecasted numbers for future months Forecast vs actual variance reporting YTD actuals vs YTD forecast Full-year projected revenue, expenses, and profit Simple dashboard for management review Ability to update the “closed month” each month Clear formatting and instructions so our team can maintain it The business is a service business, so experience with financial modeling, FP&A, recurring revenue, labor planning, and small business forecasting would be helpful. Please include examples of Excel forecasting models or dashboards you have built. I am not looking for just a spreadsheet designer — I need someone who can help think through the structure of the model and make it useful for operating the business.
