We are looking to engage high-calibre Business English/Korea Facilitators to support the delivery of our programs to corporate professionals. This role involves: Delivering private 1:1 sessions Following a structured, CEFR-aligned syllabus Driving practical application through real-world business scenarios Providing clear, actionable feedback to support learner progress This is not a traditional teaching role. it requires the ability to facilitate, challenge, and elevate professionals in a corporate context. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience teaching Business English to professionals Experience working with Korean or Asian corporate learners Strong facilitation capability: Engaging, structured delivery Real-time correction and feedback Strong cultural awareness and adaptability Native or near-native English proficiency Comfortable delivering structured programs (materials provided) Confident using virtual platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Bonus Experience: Background in corporate L&D, executive coaching, or consulting Certifications such as CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL Basic Korean language capability (advantageous, not required)
