We are a unique, Instagram-worthy Pink Chai Bike Cart serving Metro Vancouver. We specialize in authentic takeout specialty beverages and handcrafted samosas, delivering a memorable catering experience for corporate offices, film sets, universities, weddings, festivals, private events, and more. Our vision is to become Metro Vancouver’s premier Chai Bike Cart and specialty beverage caterer. As we continue to grow our event bookings and revenue, our goal is to expand our fleet by adding more Pink Chai Bike Carts, allowing us to serve more clients simultaneously throughout Metro Vancouver. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build a scalable business and grow with us. Mission Help build a fast-growing Vancouver catering company by securing $1,500+ catering events every day if possible (5 days a week?) Your first priority is filling the July calendar, followed by building consistent daily bookings throughout August and the rest of the year. The objective is to create a year-round pipeline of recurring corporate and private events, increase revenue, and help expand our fleet of Pink Chai Bike Carts. What We Offer Specialty Beverages * Authentic Masala Chai * Ginger Chai * Cardamom Chai * Vanilla Chai * Seasonal Chai * Iced Chai * Mango Lassi * Guava Lassi * Other specialty beverages Handcrafted Samosas * Vegetable * Ground Beef * Chicken Biryani * Paneer Biryani * Gobi Manchurian * Apple Pie Typical Events * 50–300 guests Target Markets * Corporate offices * Tech companies * Film & TV productions * Universities & colleges * Hospitals * Realtors & brokerages * Wedding planners & venues * Event planners * Conference & trade show organizers * Construction companies * Law firms * Accounting firms * Banks & financial institutions * Hotels * Co-working spaces * Product launches * Grand openings * Sports organizations * Government offices * Community & cultural festivals * Property management companies * Manufacturing companies * Logistics & warehouse companies Responsibilities * Use AI tools to build qualified lead lists. * Research companies and identify decision-makers. * Cold call, email, and follow up with prospective clients. * Book tasting meetings and catering consultations. * Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business. * Maintain an organized CRM and sales pipeline. * Help create a year-round calendar of daily catering events. Performance Expectations During your first week, you should aim to: * Build 500–1,000 qualified leads * Make 80–120 outbound calls per day * Send personalized email outreach daily * Book meetings and tasting appointments * Build a strong pipeline of immediate and future catering opportunities Performance will be evaluated based on: * Quality of leads generated * Number of outbound calls completed * Decision-makers reached * Meetings and tastings booked * Sales pipeline created * Organization and follow-up * Communication skills * Overall contribution toward generating consistent daily catering bookings Compensation Please include your suggested compensation structure in your application. I’m open to reviewing proposals, including hourly, commission-only, or a combination of hourly pay plus commission. If you believe another compensation structure would better align incentives and performance, I’d love to hear your recommendation.
