Corporate Gifting Product & Packaging Designer (SKU Development Specialist)

About Us: We are an India-based manufacturer specializing in premium leather, vegan leather, canvas, and corporate gifting products. Unlike most gifting companies that simply resell catalogues, we manufacture many of our products in-house and offer deep personalization capabilities including debossing, laser engraving, custom hardware, and branded packaging. We are building a premium corporate gifting brand focused on creating memorable gifting experiences for companies across India. Our philosophy: "Premium gifts, made not sourced." We are now looking for an experienced designer to help us build our corporate gifting SKU library and product catalogue. What We Need: We are looking for a designer who understands: Corporate gifting Premium packaging Gift hamper design Product curation Luxury brand aesthetics Unboxing experiences This is not simply graphic design. We need someone who can think like a gifting strategist and create products that large corporations would proudly gift to employees, clients, CXOs, and partners. Scope of Work: 1. Develop Corporate Gifting SKUs Create new SKU concepts across categories such as: Leather goods Bags Accessories Desk products Wellness kits Drinkware Tech accessories Gift boxes and hampers 2. Design Premium Packaging Design: Rigid boxes Magnetic closure boxes Drawer boxes Premium mailer boxes Luxury sleeves Gift inserts Internal product trays Sustainable packaging concepts Packaging should be: Elegant Corporate-friendly Premium yet scalable Manufacturing feasible 3. Curate Gift Hampers Build ready-to-pitch gift sets for: Employee onboarding Client gifting Diwali gifting Women's Day Work anniversaries Sales rewards CXO/VIP gifting Conferences and events Each hamper should include: Product selection Box structure Material recommendations Branding opportunities Estimated target pricing 4. Branding & Personalization Integrate personalization options such as: Debossing Embossing Foil stamping Laser engraving Custom nameplates Monograms Brand-color accents 5. Manufacturing-Ready Design Deliverables should be production-friendly and include: Dimensions Material specifications Construction details Packaging dielines CAD or vector files Mockups and renders Our workshop and vendor network will manufacture the final products.
