Hello,We are looking for an experienced and certified Cosmetic Formulator / Formulation Scientist to design 4 stable, high-performance formulations for our upcoming kids and teenager-focused beauty and skincare brand based in India.The ideal candidate must have prior experience in formulating clean-beauty cosmetics and must be familiar with compliance requirements for young, sensitive, and acne-prone skin (non-comedogenic formulations).Product Requirements & Specifications:1. Magic Color-Changing Lip Gloss / OilConcept: A transparent, high-shine clear lip gloss that turns into a beautiful, personalized subtle pink shade upon application (pH & temperature-activated).Key Actives: Must use Red 27 (CI 45410) dye or equivalent safe color-changing molecules.Base: Highly moisturizing, non-sticky gel base with a blend of natural nourishing oils (e.g., Jojoba, Argan, or Coconut oil derivatives).2. Beetroot Lip & Cheek Tint StickConcept: A multi-purpose, solid twist-up stick or jar format for lips and cheeks providing a natural rosy blush effect.Key Actives: Natural beetroot extract powder or safe iron oxides for a clean, organic positioning.Base: 100% safe, clean-beauty base utilizing natural plant waxes (Candelilla/Carnauba) and premium skin-nourishing butters (Shea/Cocoa butter).3. Teen-Safe Lightweight Sunscreen (SPF 30 to 50, PA+++)Concept: A daily-wear sunscreen designed specifically for school-going teenagers.
