Country Expert – Central Asia (Training Provided, No Experience Needed)

We are seeking a Country Expert for Central Asia, including Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. About Us: We are an international agency helping legal firms in the USA, Canada, the UK, and EU with expert reports for asylum cases. What You’ll Do: Review and prepare reports Confirm or add any important details related to human rights issues Collaborate with our specialists to finalize the report What You Need: Background in human rights, journalism, or related fields (Ph.D. is a huge plus!) Familiarity with the political and social context of Central Asia, a post-Soviet region marked by shared Russian language use, Islam, authoritarian political structures, and significant labor migration flows. While most migrants move to Russia, a portion of asylum seekers reach the EU, USA, and UK.
