What You'll Do Review and prepare reports Confirm or add any important details related to human rights issues Collaborate with our specialists to finalize the report What You Need Background in human rights, journalism, or related fields (a Ph.D. is a huge plus!) Familiarity with the political and social context of North America: a region where asylum cases most often concern Mexico — organised crime and cartel violence, gender-based violence, and persecution of journalists and activists — alongside individual cases. A portion of claims are heard in the USA, EU, and UK.
