Course Creator / Online Course Production Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable Course Creator to support online course production for CourseClout and select client projects. This role is ideal for someone who can help turn raw knowledge, client calls, transcripts, rough scripts, outlines, and educational ideas into clear course modules, lessons, worksheets, scripts, and structured learning materials. We need someone organized, detail oriented, strong with written English, and comfortable working with educational content in a fast moving production environment. Strong written English is required. Strong spoken English is a plus. Scope of Work: Helping create online course outlines and lesson structures Organizing modules, lessons, worksheets, slides, and training materials Reviewing raw client content and turning it into a clear educational flow Supporting script writing and lesson planning Helping prepare course content for production Reviewing course assets for clarity, consistency, and completeness Helping build or organize courses inside LMS platforms Supporting client course creation from planning to delivery Working with internal designers, editors, copywriters, and project leads Helping identify missing pieces in course content Preparing notes, summaries, and action items from client materials Supporting quality control before client review Helping turn transcripts, notes, and calls into structured learning content Helping make course lessons clear, practical, and easy to follow Turnaround Expectations: Clear daily updates when actively working on a project Able to work through structured tasks without needing constant supervision Responsive during working hours Comfortable with revisions and feedback Able to move quickly while keeping the work clean and organized Able to follow SOPs and ask smart questions when needed What We’re Looking For: Experience with online course creation, instructional design, content writing, curriculum support, or educational content Strong written English Good organizational skills Able to simplify complex ideas into clear training material Comfortable working from transcripts, videos, Looms, Google Docs, slides, notes, or rough outlines Detail oriented and able to catch inconsistencies Comfortable with structured workflows and SOPs Able to work independently once direction is provided Reliable with deadlines Strong communication and follow up Nice to Have: Experience with Kajabi, Skool, Thinkific, Teachable, GoHighLevel, Notion, Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools Experience working with coaches, consultants, founders, educators, or course creators Experience writing scripts for educational videos Experience creating worksheets, exercises, quizzes, or student resources Experience with course QA or LMS organization Basic understanding of marketing, offers, and funnels Compensation: This role will start as a fixed monthly retainer of $500/month, with clear deliverables and expectations agreed before work begins.
