Course Marketer for Online Course Launches and Digital Education Campaigns

Summary

We’re looking for a reliable Course Marketer to support marketing work for CourseClout and select client projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands online courses, digital products, content marketing, funnels, lead generation, launch strategy, social media campaigns, and the moving pieces required to help course creators grow. We are looking for someone organized, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast moving agency environment where priorities can shift quickly. Strong written English is required. Strong spoken English is a plus. Scope of Work: Marketing support for online course launches Social media campaign planning and content coordination Helping organize marketing calendars and launch timelines Supporting email campaign planning, captions, posts, and promotional copy Reviewing offers, landing pages, funnels, and course positioning Helping turn client goals into clear marketing tasks Coordinating with designers, editors, course creators, and internal team members Tracking basic KPIs, campaign progress, and deliverables Helping prepare marketing assets, content briefs, and task lists Researching competitors, hooks, angles, and offer positioning Supporting CourseClout internal marketing when needed Helping identify marketing gaps and improvement opportunities Helping prepare launch checklists and campaign execution plans Turnaround Expectations: Fast communication during working hours Same day updates preferred when possible Able to handle multiple small tasks without losing organization Comfortable giving clear written updates on progress Responsive when priorities shift or urgent client work comes in Able to work independently after receiving clear direction What We’re Looking For: Experience with digital marketing, online courses, coaching businesses, agencies, or creator businesses Strong written communication in English Comfortable with marketing strategy and execution Able to organize ideas into clear action items Good eye for what makes a strong offer, landing page, or content campaign Familiarity with social media content, email marketing, funnels, and lead generation Able to work independently once direction is provided Reliable with deadlines and follow up Comfortable working from Loom videos, Slack messages, Google Docs, Notion, ClickUp, or written feedback Nice to Have: Experience with online course launches Experience with Kajabi, Skool, GoHighLevel, Webflow, ClickFunnels, Notion, Canva, or similar tools Experience writing social posts, hooks, captions, and email copy Experience with Meta Ads or paid traffic support Experience working with coaches, consultants, course creators, or education companies Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization Compensation: This role will start at $6/hour with tracked time and a weekly hour cap. As the role grows and performance is proven, there may be room for expanded hours and additional responsibility. All payments will be handled through Upwork. To Apply, Please Share: 1.
