Create a 15-Minute Video

I need a complete ~15-minute animated YouTube video. I will provide you with a detailed script that includes the narration and instructions for what should happen visually in each scene. I want a funny animated explainer style with simple original cartoon characters, backgrounds, visual jokes, sound effects, text, transitions, and engaging editing. I have a reference YouTube channel for the general pacing and storytelling style, but I want completely original artwork and characters for my own channel. I need you to handle the full video production, including animation/illustrations, editing, sound effects, background music, and syncing everything to the narration. Please tell me whether voice-over/narration is included in your service or if I need to provide the finished voice-over.
