ABOUT THE PROJECT We are looking for a brilliant, seasoned Creative Content Writer and Chief AI Editor to help scale the content for a premium holistic health and wellness platform. The founder is a Registered Dietitian (MS, RDN) and expert yoga/mindfulness teacher who helps high-achieving women overcome emotional eating, regulate their nervous systems, and heal their relationship with food and body image. The brand's work sits at the intersection of clinical science, somatic healing, and psycho-spiritual growth. We use advanced AI tools (like Claude AI) to generate initial content frameworks, but we do not publish robotic, generic AI text. We need an expert wordsmith who can prompt AI effectively, step in as Chief Editor, infuse the content with a soulful human touch, and perfectly mimic the founder's distinct voice across our entire digital ecosystem. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Voice Mimicry & Optimization: Study our existing content to flawlessly replicate the founder's tone—which is deeply empathetic, authoritative, clinically grounded, yet warm and emotionally resonant. Chief AI Editor: Take raw AI-generated concepts (primarily from Claude) and completely overhaul them. You will add the nuance, rhythm, and storytelling that AI lacks, ensuring everything sounds completely natural and human. Core Page Rewrites/Creation: Optimize and write high-converting copy for the Homepage, About Page, and Service Pages (e.g., coaching and intake pages). Ongoing Content: Assist with highly sophisticated blog posts and resources touching on complex topics like somatic exercises, nervous system dysregulation, emotional eating, and intuitive wellness. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Niche Expertise: A proven track record and portfolio of work in the health, wellness, mental health, or medical/nutrition space. You must be comfortable with clinical terms while translating them into accessible, compassionate copy. AI Co-Writing Mastery: Deep experience using Claude AI or similar LLMs to accelerate writing workflows without sacrificing quality. The "Human Touch": Exceptional developmental editing skills. You know how to break up walls of text, insert rhythm, fix pacing, and add emotional hooks. Portfolio Evidence: You must be able to share examples of past copy you have written or edited that demonstrates high-level brand voice mimicry.
