Our flagship brand is Luuma (shopluuma.de), a German-market skincare brand built on high-volume paid social advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We're a remote team of motivated people spread across the world, and we hold our creative output to a very high standard. The Role We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Creative Coordinator to support our creative team with the execution of day-to-day tasks in our content production process. We provide detailed SOPs and full training for every task-specific tool and workflow you'll be working with. What we need from you is prior experience in a similar role, dedication, a high level of attention to detail, and the willingness to learn and grow with us. You'll be supporting our Creative Directors, Creative Strategist, and a team of 10 video editors, playing a key role in keeping our creative production running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with flexible working hours. What You'll Be Doing AI Content Creation: - Creating AI voiceovers from provided scripts using ElevenLabs following clear step-by-step instructions - Creating AI avatar videos from provided scripts using MakeUGC and Higgsfield following clear step-by-step instructions Creator Management: - Researching and sourcing UGC content creators that fit our brand criteria - Communicating and coordinating with content creators on behalf of the team. - Following up with creators on deliveries, deadlines, and revisions. - Reviewing creator deliveries against briefs and flagging or requesting revisions where needed Team & Administrative Support: - Supporting the Creative Directors and Strategist with simple day-to-day tasks. - Helping maintain organisation across our tools - Notion, Slack, Google Drive, etc. - Assisting with administrative tasks within the creative production process - Jumping in where needed to keep the creative workflow running smoothly. Requirements Must-Have: - Previous experience as a Creative Coordinator, or in a marketing role Proficient in English — used as the team's working language - Reliable, dedicated, and highly organised - Comfortable working independently and managing your own task list - Good communication and fast responsiveness - Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new tools quickly Nice to Have: - Familiarity with ElevenLabs, MakeUGC, Higgsfield, Notion, or Slack - Interest in social media advertising or content creation What We Offer - $1,800 – $2,500/month for 40 hours/week - Flexible working hours — work when it suits you - Full training and SOPs provided for every task — no guessing, ever - Work directly with experienced Creative Directors and Creative Strategists in a fast-moving creative environment - A collaborative team that supports each other and shares learnings openly - One team call per week to stay aligned across all brands - Remote flexibility — work from anywhere How to Apply Click Apply on this post to submit your application.
