Creative Department Partner Needed (Creative Direction + Design + Video + Project Management) We are a growing direct-to-consumer company focused on education, storytelling, subscriptions, gifting, and premium physical products. We're looking for an agency that can function as an extension of our team and take ownership of both creative execution and creative management. This is not a design-only role. This is not a project management-only role. We need a partner that can help us consistently produce high-quality creative while ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with business goals. ## What We Need Our work includes: * Paid advertising creative * Graphic design * Video editing and production * Email creative * Social media content * Landing pages * Product launches * Brand and campaign development The ideal agency has strong creative leadership, excellent project management, talented designers and editors, and a proven process for delivering quality work consistently. ## Why We're Hiring We've worked with talented freelancers and agencies, but have struggled with inconsistency. Projects move too slowly. Feedback gets lost. Creative misses the objective. Quality varies from project to project. Too much time falls back on leadership to manage the process. We have plenty of ideas. What we need is a team that can turn those ideas into consistently excellent creative without requiring us to manage every step of the process. ## How We Like To Work Before creating assets, we expect our creative partner to understand the objective. That means asking thoughtful questions, understanding the audience, understanding the desired outcome, and proposing solutions rather than simply taking orders.
