**Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead the creative execution across our expanding portfolio of personal care brands. This position requires a hands-on, execution-oriented professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce branding, specifically in relation to Amazon creative, packaging design, renders, and maintaining visual consistency at an advanced level. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the overall brand direction while also overseeing and enhancing daily creative production across various platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, packaging, product launches, and marketing assets. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in both directing designers and directly editing or manipulating assets as necessary. **Responsibilities:** - Lead creative execution across Amazon, Shopify, packaging, product renders, and digital marketing initiatives. - Enhance Amazon Product Detail Pages (PDPs), A+ Content, storefronts, infographics, and launch creative materials. - Assist in the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines across multiple brands and product lines. - Supervise graphic designers and external creative professionals to ensure visual consistency. - Review and improve packaging artwork and assets related to product launches. - Recommend enhancements to Shopify design, merchandising, and conversion-focused creative strategies. - Ensure that all creative outputs remain premium, cohesive, and aligned with the overarching brand direction. - Directly edit assets, retouch imagery, and implement creative refinements as necessary. - Develop and improve systems and workflows for creative production. **Ideal Background:** - Extensive experience in e-commerce and Amazon creative. - Prior experience with beauty, wellness, skincare, supplements, or personal care brands is preferred. - A keen eye for branding, typography, layout, and premium product presentation. - Proven experience in managing designers or creative freelancers. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple product launches and assets simultaneously. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required. - Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, and AI rendering/workflow will be considered an advantage. **What We Are Looking For:** We seek an individual who can oversee the creative process, enhance the quality of all outputs, and help unify the visual direction across the organization while remaining highly engaged in operational tasks.
