Creative Director (Direct Response Marketing Agency) About Us We are a fast-growing direct response digital marketing agency working with telemedicine brands, coaches, personal brands, and other high-performance online offers. Our company is deeply focused on performance, conversion rates, scaling, and creative testing. We are looking for a true Creative Director who can lead, manage, optimize, and scale an entire creative department. This would be a blend of using AI and real actors. This role is for someone who understands direct response marketing, ad psychology, hooks, retention, conversion-focused creatives, and how to use creative to drive measurable business growth. You will oversee all creative production across the agency. Your Responsibilities * Lead the creative department * Manage and direct video editors and creative team members * Own the creative workflow from idea → production → QA → launch * Develop and improve creative systems, SOPs, and processes * Review and QA all creative assets before delivery * Analyze winning ad creatives and iterate quickly * Work closely with media buyers and strategists * Use attribution data to identify top-performing creatives * Create systems for testing hooks, angles, offers, and messaging * Utilize AI tools to improve speed, ideation, scripting, editing, workflows, and creative performance * Ensure all creatives align with client goals and performance KPIs * Hire UGC talent Ideal Candidate You are: * Extremely organized * A strong communicator * Performance-driven * Experienced in direct response marketing * Able to lead teams and hold quality standards * Obsessed with improving creative performance * Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership * Able to move fast without sacrificing quality You understand: * Meta ads * UGC style ads * VSLs * Hook creation * Retention editing * Conversion psychology * Performance creative * AI-assisted creative workflows Bonus if you have experience with: * Telemedicine brands * Health/wellness offers * Coaching offers * High-ticket funnels * YouTube ads * Native ads * TikTok ads * Attribution platforms and performance analytics Important To apply, you MUST submit: 1. This would blend AI and AI workflows with UGC talent. We are looking for a long-term operator, not a freelancer completing random tasks.
