We are building a premium bedding and lifestyle brand focused on quiet luxury, restorative comfort, natural beauty, and elevated everyday living. We are currently looking for a full-time Creative Director who can help shape the brand’s visual world, plan campaign shoots, build creative concepts, and lead the end-to-end execution of brand content. This is not just a one-time shoot role. We are looking for someone who can grow with the brand and help build its creative foundation from the early stage. About the Brand We are a premium bedding brand creating high-quality products around rest, comfort, softness, and intentional living. Our visual direction is calm, refined, nature-led, editorial, and emotionally rich. We want the brand to feel elevated but real — quiet luxury, not loud luxury. Think natural light, beautiful landscapes, soft textures, stillness, slow mornings, restful spaces, and high-end lifestyle imagery that makes bedding feel aspirational, fresh, and deeply comforting. Current Project Our first major campaign shoot is planned in Jammu & Kashmir The shoot will focus on capturing our bedding products in scenic outdoor locations — calm landscapes, natural light, fresh air, and a quiet escape-like feeling. The goal is to create a cohesive set of high-end lifestyle assets for: * Website * Product detail pages * Ads * Social media * Launch campaign * Brand storytelling We want the final output to feel premium, editorial, natural, and emotionally strong — not overly staged or artificial. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Creative Director who can take ownership of the creative process from concept to execution. You should be able to help us with: * Brand strategy * Campaign concepts * Shoot planning * Creative decks * Moodboards * Styling direction * Color direction * Location direction * Shot lists * Model direction * Photographer direction * Content planning * Campaign storytelling * Post-shoot selection and editing direction You should also be able to help us build and coordinate the right creative team, including: * Photographers * Models * Stylists * Hair and makeup artists * Videographers * Editors * Production support We would ideally want the Creative Director to travel with us for key campaign shoots and lead the creative direction on-ground — managing planning, direction, day-to-day progress, shot approvals, and making sure the final output matches the brand vision. Role Responsibilities The role would include: * Developing the brand’s visual language * Creating campaign concepts and narratives * Building shoot decks and creative direction documents * Planning campaign shoots from start to finish * Coordinating with photographers, models, stylists, and editors * Leading on-ground shoot execution * Ensuring we capture hero images and versatile content * Reviewing and selecting final images * Guiding editing and post-production * Planning social media and campaign content * Making sure all brand visuals feel consistent, premium, and aligned Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Has strong taste and visual storytelling ability * Understands premium/luxury lifestyle branding * Can think strategically and execute practically * Is comfortable leading shoots and creative teams * Can build moodboards, decks, shot lists, and creative briefs * Has experience with fashion, beauty, travel, lifestyle, hospitality, interiors, or luxury brands * Understands natural light, outdoor shoots, model direction, and editorial composition * Can make a product feel emotional and aspirational without making it look forced * Is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with founders Experience in travel, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, interiors, or luxury content is a strong plus. Work Structure This is a full-time role. Since the brand is currently in its pre-launch phase, the role may begin remotely / work-from-home. However, the Creative Director should be open to travelling for key campaign shoots and eventually working closely with the team as the brand grows. Trial Process Since this is a brand-defining creative role, we may begin with a short paid trial assignment to understand creative alignment, working style, and brand fit. If aligned, the role can move into a full-time position.
