About us: We’re, a US-based AI and computer vision company (founded 2017, HQ in New York). We build bespoke digital products for B2B enterprises and were named one of Fast Company’s Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in 2020, alongside Microsoft and Snap. We also work on an AI-powered enterprise logistics platform used in warehouses, retail stores, and final-mile buildings. The role: We’re looking for a Creative Product Designer who blends strong visual craft with real product thinking. You’ll shape how our web and mobile products look, feel, and work — from early concepts and user flows through polished, production-ready UI — working closely with our product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders. This is a part-time, hourly engagement (roughly 15–20 hrs/week) with long-term potential for the right person. Fully remote; some overlap with US Eastern hours preferred. What you’ll do: Design end-to-end experiences: user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity UI for client-facing platforms and internal tools Turn ambiguous briefs into clear, intuitive product designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Create distinctive, on-brand visual design (layout, typography, color, iconography, motion) that goes beyond templated defaults Build and maintain design systems and component libraries Deliver clean, developer-ready specs and handoffs in Figma, and iterate quickly on feedback Contribute to client-facing concepts, pitches, and product proposals when needed What we’re looking for: 10+ years in product design / UX-UI with a portfolio showing both visual craft and product thinking (shipped work strongly preferred) Expert-level Figma (prototyping, design systems, handoff) Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive/mobile design Strong communicator — you can articulate the “why” behind your design decisions Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative delivery environment Nice to have: Agency or consulting experience on web apps, PWAs, or mobile products Working knowledge of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS basics) Motion / micro-interaction skills, WCAG accessibility exposure Experience with distributed engineering teams and AI-assisted design workflows To apply: share your portfolio (required) and briefly describe one shipped product you designed end-to-end — the problem, your role, and the outcome.
