Creative & Research VA for Fork It Recipes

Join Fork It, a UK recipe and meal planning app, as a Creative & Research Virtual Assistant. We are preparing for launch and need someone to assist with recipe research, content creation, and social media management. The role involves finding and organizing recipes, creating engaging content, and managing social media platforms. This part-time position offers 6 hours per week at $4-$6 per hour plus bonuses. What you’ll do: • Create and schedule pins on Pinterest daily using Canva templates (provided) • Manage Early Access Facebook Group — approve members, post prompts, keep it active • Monitor competitor apps weekly and report on their social activity • Build a spreadsheet of UK mid-tier food influencers (name, platform, followers, engagement, contact) • Monitor social mentions • Research App Store and Google Play keyword strategies (from week 8) • Research pre-launch email nurture sequences and draft a content calendar for founder approval • Track TikTok food trends weekly and report top formats/sounds What we’re looking for: • Canva proficient — able to create clean, on-brand graphics • Pinterest experience, ideally for a brand or product • Strong research skills and attention to detail • Good written English for community management • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
