Creative Residential Floor Plan Designer – Optimize Existing Home Addition Layout

Overview We're looking for residential designers to slightly rethink the proposed layout of our home's second-floor addition. We're not looking for a simple redraw of the architect's plans but instead, provide a few alternatives that maximize space & functionality. Your concepts will be incorporated into our final construction plans. Project Background Our home is a raised ranch and we are adding a 10' x 30' second-floor addition to one side of the house. An architect has already produced several layouts, but we believe there may be a better arrangement upstairs that hasn't yet been explored. This will affect only the left side of the second floor. The rest of the floor will remain essentially unchanged. We’ll provide existing floor plans, current proposed layouts, design goals & notes on concepts.
