Creative Storyteller / Script Writer for a Wildlife Documentary YouTube Channel

Hi, I'm Davor, I'm looking for someone with creative thinking and storytelling skills, someone who can shape research into an engaging narrative with purpose, emotion, and flow. The goal isn't to simply present facts about an animal, but to find a strong narrative structure with a clear central idea, then build the entire video around that. The animal's behaviors, traits, and scientific facts should be woven naturally into the story, instead of feeling like separate explanations. The channel will explore wildlife through a unique philosophical lens, with elements of spirituality and deeper reflection. Alongside accurate science and facts about animals, we will create story-driven documentaries that also explore broader questions about existence, nature, and our understanding of reality. The tone will be respectful toward the animals and the science behind them, while also acknowledging that no matter how much we learn and understand about their behavior, there is still a deeper mystery underneath it all. We can describe and explain what animals do, but on another plane of reality, we still don't truly know why reality exists the way it does or where these patterns and behaviors ultimately come from. You'll be provided with a fact-checked research document. Your role is to identify the strongest central idea that can be turned into a compelling story, then build the entire narrative around it through a unique and engaging lens. You should have an instinct for pacing and storytelling, knowing when to push the narrative forward, when to slow down and let a moment breathe, when to reveal information, when to hold it back, how to create tension, curiosity, release, and emotional payoff. The decisions should be rooted in how people naturally experience and engage with stories. - 2,000-2,500 words per script - $50 Per script - 2 Scripts per month as a start I will send over a guide for the main idea behind the channel, references for the visual style, and references for the scripts once we get in touch.
