Faceless YouTube Video Creator Needed – Scriptwriting + Editing videos for 8-Min + Wellness Videos

We are looking for a fully autonomous **faceless YouTube content creator** to help us launch and grow the YouTube channel of **Groundly**, a French wellness brand focused on grounding, sleep, stress reduction, nervous system regulation and natural recovery. This is not just a basic video editing job. We are looking for someone who can manage the full creative process of our faceless YouTube videos and help us build the creative direction of the channel. The YouTube channel will be in **French**, so all final videos must be created in French: * French script * French voice-over * French subtitles * French text overlays * French YouTube titles * French thumbnail text ideas English communication is okay, but the final content must be fully adapted for a **French-speaking audience**. ## About the project Groundly is a wellness brand built around the concept of grounding / earthing. Our product helps people reconnect to the earth while they sleep, through a grounding sheet connected to the earth pin of a wall outlet. The target audience is mostly people who feel stressed, tired, disconnected from nature, or who want to improve their sleep and recovery naturally. We already have a website and a well-developed blog with many articles that can be used as a base for video topics and research. However, we do not want someone who simply copies our blog articles. We need someone who can transform our existing content into engaging long-form YouTube videos with strong hooks, good storytelling, clear explanations and strong retention. ## What we need We are looking for someone who can handle the full video creation process: * Researching video topics * Finding strong YouTube angles * Writing engaging French scripts * Creating strong hooks for the first 30 seconds * Editing the full video * Choosing relevant b-roll and stock footage * Adding French voice-over, AI voice-over or voice-over direction * Adding French subtitles and text overlays * Adding simple motion graphics when needed * Structuring the video for retention * Suggesting YouTube titles * Suggesting thumbnail ideas * Helping us build the overall direction of the YouTube channel The videos will be **faceless long-form YouTube videos**, around **8 to 12 minutes long**. For the first month, we want to start with: **4 videos per month** If the collaboration is successful, we would like to scale quickly to: **8 videos per month** ## Important We want someone autonomous. We do not want to give step-by-step instructions for every video. We will provide the brand, the website, the blog and the general direction, but we expect you to suggest the topics, find strong angles, structure the videos and help us build the channel. You should be able to take a broad topic like “grounding and sleep” and turn it into a complete French YouTube video with: * A strong hook * A clear structure * Good pacing * Engaging visuals * A credible tone * A strong retention strategy The content must feel educational, modern, trustworthy and easy to understand for beginners. Because we are in the wellness space, it is very important to avoid exaggerated medical claims. The content should feel credible, informative and persuasive without making unrealistic promises. ## Video style we want The videos should feel: * Educational * Clear * Modern * Trustworthy * Engaging * Not too corporate * Not too medical * Easy to understand * Optimized for watch time We are not looking for boring documentary-style videos. We want strong hooks, curiosity, storytelling, good rhythm, useful information and clean editing. ## Examples of possible video topics These are only examples. A video topic and angle 2. A full French YouTube script 3. A strong opening hook 4. A complete edited faceless video 5. Relevant b-roll / stock footage 6. French voice-over or AI voice-over 7. French subtitles and text overlays 8. Clean pacing and storytelling 9. Suggested YouTube title 10. Thumbnail concept or thumbnail idea All footage, music and visuals used must be copyright-free, licensed or safe to use on YouTube. ## First month: paid trial This first month should be considered as a **paid trial month**. The budget for this first test is: **$90 for 4 videos** We understand this is a test budget. If the quality, communication and results are good, we are open to renegotiating the monthly rate for the next months. If the first month is successful, we are open to: * Increasing the monthly budget * Scaling to 8 videos per month * Building a long-term collaboration * Giving you work on other brands as well We also have other brands that are not yet using YouTube as an acquisition channel. So if the collaboration works well with Groundly, there may be more long-term work available in the future.
