Part-Time Screenwriting Course Developer

We’re looking for a part-time specialist to support our lead screenwriter in developing and recording a video course on screenwriting. This role is ideal for someone who understands both story structure and educational content, and enjoys turning creative knowledge into clear, engaging learning materials. What you’ll be doing: - Work closely with the screenwriter to structure the course curriculum (modules, lessons, progression). - Help translate screenwriting concepts into clear, teachable video lessons. - Support lesson outlines, talking points, and scripts for video recording. - Review recorded materials and provide editorial feedback for clarity and flow. - Help ensure the course is engaging, logically paced, and accessible to learners. - Coordinate on timelines, iterations, and deliverables. What we’re looking for: - Strong understanding of screenwriting fundamentals (story structure, character arcs, pacing, genre). - Experience with educational content, courses, or workshops (video or written). - Ability to structure complex creative ideas into clear learning frameworks. - Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. Nice to have: - Background in film, TV, or comic writing. - Experience with online course production (Teachable, Kajabi, etc.). - Editorial or script consulting experience.
