Scriptwriter for bodycam footage channel (drinsanity-style) — retention is everything

I run a YouTube channel built around bodycam footage with narration over it, and I'm looking for a scriptwriter to work with long-term. If you've watched drinsanity, that's the lane — the pacing, the storytelling, the way the narration drags you through the clip and won't let you click away. That's what I want. But here's the part most people miss when they apply: I don't need someone who can just write. I need someone who understands why people keep watching. Open loops, tension, knowing when to hand over information and when to sit on it. If you can write a hook that survives the first 30 seconds and a structure that stops retention from falling off a cliff at the one-minute mark, we'll get along fine. What the work looks like: Scripts for bodycam footage videos. I provide the footage and source material, you build the narrative around it. 2-3 scripts per week to start. If it works, there's a lot more. Narration-style writing. Tight, no filler, every line has to earn its place on screen. When you apply, I need three things: A real channel you've written for. Link it. Faceless / narration channels especially. Actual retention or watch-time numbers on something you wrote. Numbers, not adjectives. "It did really well" tells me nothing. Skip the generic cover letter. Just tell me in two or three sentences why people stop watching a video, and I'll know within seconds whether you get it. I'm not hunting for the cheapest writer.
