Creative Strategist & Ad Content Producer for Meta, Google and YouTube | Real Estate

Kinna Homes is looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented specialist to produce ads and content for Meta, Google, and YouTube. This is a hands-on creative role. We need someone who has the ability for independent creative direction, as well as can take an idea or brief and quickly turn it into polished, performance-focused content. Responsibilities Design static ads and carousels Edit short-form and long-form video ads Produce Meta, YouTube, and Google creative Create AI-generated videos, presenters, scenes, and voiceovers Develop multiple hooks and creative variations Repurpose content across different platforms Deliver revisions and new creatives quickly Requirements Strong eye for clean, professional design Skilled video editor and producer Experience with AI video-generation tools Experience creating direct-response ads Fast turnaround times Strong communication and reliability Ability to take ownership and work without constant direction Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Higgsfield, Arcads, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, or similar tools is preferred.
