Remote | Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to join our fast-growing DTC supplement company. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, direct-response marketing, and how to develop winning advertising concepts that drive revenue across Meta, Taboola, and other paid media channels. About the Role As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for researching customer pain points, identifying winning marketing angles, creating ad concepts, and working closely with our creative team to produce high-performing advertisements. This is a performance-focused role where your ideas directly impact business growth. Responsibilities Develop winning ad concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging for our supplement brands. Research customer reviews, competitor ads, market trends, and consumer insights. Create creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators. Analyze ad performance data and identify opportunities for improvement. Generate new testing ideas on a weekly basis. Work closely with media buyers to scale winning campaigns. Build and maintain creative testing pipelines. Monitor competitors and emerging trends in the health, wellness, and supplement industry. Requirements Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC brands. Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising. Experience creating direct-response ad concepts that convert. Ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into compelling marketing messages. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics. Fluent English. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with supplement, health, wellness Familiarity with tools such as Motion, Foreplay,, Meta Ad Library, and ai. Experience managing UGC creators and influencer content. Knowledge of AI tools for creative ideation and production. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of creative concepts developed and tested. Creative win rate. Contribution to revenue growth and campaign scalability.
