PPC looking for a High-Performing Creative Specialist/Project Manager

Hey Group! We’re a ppc agency — a lean, fast-paced growth team serving global eCommerce and service brands. We’re looking for a Creative Specialist/Project Manager to support our ad team with creative process, creative brief, UGC creator coordination, and content quality control. You’ll help bring high-performing ad ideas to life and keep our creative process running smoothly. What You’ll Do: - Write and organize creative briefs for Meta, Google, and TikTok ads. - Find and manage creative process - Review and track deliverables to ensure on-brand, high-quality output. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UGC & ad creative trends. - Communicate daily via Slack, ClickUp, and WhatsApp. You’re a Good Fit If You: - Have experience with creative/UGC/influencer projects. - Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Understand what makes ads perform (hooks, pacing, story). - Love learning and adapting to creative trends.
