Creative Strategist (Meta & TikTok Ads) We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to help drive the creative direction for a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand. Your role will be to identify winning angles, analyze competitors, develop ad concepts, write hooks and scripts, and work closely with our team to improve creative performance across Meta and TikTok. Responsibilities: • Research competitors, ad libraries, and market trends • Identify winning creative angles and opportunities • Develop ad concepts for Meta and TikTok • Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs • Analyze performance data and iterate on creatives • Work closely with editors, UGC creators, and media buyers • Build and improve creative testing systems • Generate new concepts on a weekly basis Requirements: • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for ecommerce brands • Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising • Experience with direct response marketing • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and customer behavior • Ability to identify and replicate winning ad patterns • Excellent communication skills Preferred: • Experience with beauty, fragrance, supplement, or consumer products • Experience working with high-spend DTC brands • Experience managing creative pipelines and testing frameworks To Apply: 1.
