Base $3000 to $5,500 / month (depending on experience) + a 5% creative royalty on the ads you brief, uncapped, paid monthly. The more your creatives win and scale, the bigger it gets. There is real room for this to grow as we add clients. About us: Brock Brands is a New York City based creative and meta ads agency for fashion. We run growth for brands like Ed Hardy, Von Dutch, publicly traded American apparel brands, and other classic streetwear and D2C accessories labels. We have managed over $1M in ad spend over the last 2 months at a 2.4+ ROAS and driven $10M+ in tracked revenue since starting. We don’t do supplements, dropshipping, or any gray-hat funnels…. these are real brands people actually wear. We have a full creative team of 3 graphic designers, an AI image lead, a media buyer, video editor, and account manager, plus customer internal systems for client revisions and delivery. What we don't have yet is you. Your role: You will be the creative brain of the agency and the founder's number two. You own what we make and why: the briefs, the trends, the competitor research, and the feedback that turns good design into winning ads. The founder keeps the client relationships. You run the creative day to day for scaling meta ads. You are not media buying. This is not a direct-response copywriting seat. We are hiring an eye: someone who knows why one apparel ad stops the scroll and another dies, who has watched the trends move for years, and who can turn that taste into briefs a design team can execute every day, across up to 10 fashion and jewelry accounts. What you'll do: - Write every creative brief across our apparel and jewelry accounts (angle, hook, references, visual direction) and own the testing and launch roadmap for each brand - Run daily creative ops for our team of designers and video editors: assign, review, give feedback, ship - Live in Meta Ad Library, TikTok, and the culture, with weekly trend and competitor breakdowns per client that feed directly into briefs - Read ad account performance and connect it to creative: what won, what fatigued, what we test next - Direct AI-powered production (image gen, garment swaps, AI video) with a ruthless eye for realism, so nothing uncanny ever reaches a client - Be the last set of eyes before work ships: exact graphics, correct spelling, on-brand every time What you need: - 2+ years in creative strategy or performance creative for eCommerce, specifically apparel, fashion, or jewelry - You have worked on brands doing $100K+/month and can show the ads and the numbers - A portfolio that proves the eye: paid social work (statics and video) you strategized, not just executed - Experience briefing and giving feedback to designers and editors - Hands-on with AI creative tools in real production, plus the taste to know when AI output is not good enough - Gritty, full-time, exclusive.
