Creative Strategist | Meta, UGC & AI Creatives About The Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes advertising. Your primary responsibility is to find winning ad concepts before everyone else does. You will spend your time researching competitors, analyzing winning ads, identifying trends, developing creative concepts, and turning those concepts into high-performing campaigns. This is not a graphic design role. This is not a media buying role. This is a creative strategy role where your success will be measured by the quality of concepts you bring to the table and the performance of the ads produced from those concepts. If you’re the type of person who constantly screenshots ads, studies competitors, saves hooks, analyzes funnels, and asks yourself “why is this working?”—keep reading. Why This Role Is Different Most creative strategists come up with ideas and then spend weeks trying to get them approved. Not here. You’ll have your own creative environment with: * A dedicated video editor. * A dedicated graphic designer. * Access to UGC creators. * Access to the latest AI tools and technologies. * Direct access to performance data. If you discover a winning concept, you’ll have the freedom and resources to bring it to life. Want to test an AI avatar? Do it. Want to build an animated product mascot? Do it. Want to create an entirely new advertorial or landing page? Do it. We care about results, not bureaucracy. You’ll have significant ownership over the creative process and the freedom to execute your vision. What Success Looks Like After 90 days: * You’ve introduced multiple new creative concepts that are actively being tested. * You can clearly explain why winning ads are winning. * You proactively identify trends before competitors. * Winning concepts are quickly turned into multiple iterations. * You consistently bring new opportunities to the team. * You own the creative process from idea to execution. * You help build a repeatable system for finding and scaling winning creatives.
