We are looking for an AI Creative Strategist who can transform product ideas into scroll-stopping AI-generated ads that improve CTR, lower CPA, and generate more sales across Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Amazon, and emerging platforms. Responsibilities: * Develop AI-first advertising concepts from brief to final delivery. * Produce AI UGC ads that feel authentic and native to each platform. * Create multiple hooks, angles, and creative variations for rapid A/B testing. * Build cinematic AI product commercials using Veo 3, Runway, Kling AI, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Seedance, Sora, and similar tools. * Turn product images into compelling image-to-video ads. * Create text-to-video campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions. * Maintain character consistency, realistic motion, and natural lip sync across AI workflows. * Analyze winning creatives and continuously improve future campaigns using performance insights. Requirements & Capabilities: * Experience with AI Video Creation, AI UGC Ads, Performance Video Ads, Direct Response Marketing, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Conversion Optimization, Prompt Engineering, Motion Design, Storytelling, and Performance Editing. * Ability to increase hook rate, improve watch time, boost CTR, reduce CPA, and build repeatable creative systems for scaling paid advertising.
