Creative Strategist for Beauty Ecom Brand (Meta + TikTok Paid Ads)

We’re a growing beauty ecommerce brand looking for a strong Creative Strategist to help improve our paid ad creatives for Meta and TikTok. We need someone who understands how to turn customer pain points, desires, trends, and buying psychology into ads that convert. This is not a media buying role or generic social media manager role. We need someone focused on creative performance: hooks, angles, concepts, scripts, competitor research, and testing ideas. What You’ll Do Creative Research - Research beauty competitors and winning ad trends - Analyze customer reviews, comments, objections, and desires - Find new messaging angles - Build creative ideas based on insights Ad Concepts & Strategy - Write hooks, ad concepts, and short scripts - Develop UGC ideas for creators - Suggest formats like testimonials, routines, before/after, founder story, problem/solution - Recommend creative variations for testing Performance Improvement - Review current creatives and identify weak spots - Suggest iterations for underperforming ads - Help create a structured testing system - Deliver fresh winning ideas consistently Ideal Candidate - Experience with ecommerce brands - Strong Meta / TikTok creative understanding - Direct response copywriting skills - Beauty / skincare experience preferred - Good English communication - Organized and reliable Bonus: - UGC briefing experience - AI tools for ideation / scripting Initial Deliverables - 20 hooks - 8 ad concepts - 5 short scripts - Competitor insights summary - Testing recommendations To Apply, Please Send: 1.
