Creative Strategist for Brand Development

Lavea Content Lab is a growing content distribution agency helping real estate companies across the US, UK, and Australia build brand visibility through strategic content and distribution. We are looking for a Creative Strategist to support Lavea’s internal content, brand voice, creative direction, and public-facing materials. You will help ensure Lavea’s content, website sections, banners, proposals, lead magnets, social media visuals, and other marketing materials stay aligned with our positioning, messaging, and creative direction. This is a strategic review and guidance role, not a daily execution role. We need someone who can identify weak content quickly, improve messaging and ideas, review creative assets, and guide the team toward stronger, more intentional execution. What You’ll Do: *Content Strategy & Direction - Review content plans created by the Social Media Manager - Provide feedback on hooks, messaging, content angles, and formats - Help make content more strategic, intentional, and aligned with business goals - Recommend stronger positioning across platforms *Content Repurposing - Identify ways to turn one idea or asset into multiple content pieces - Suggest formats such as Reels, carousels, LinkedIn posts, stories, newsletters, and short-form videos - Help maximize strong ideas instead of constantly creating from scratch *Brand Voice & Positioning - Review captions, hooks, CTAs, and messaging for brand alignment - Flag content that feels generic, unclear, off-brand, or low-impact - Help position Lavea as a strategic content distribution partner * Agency Brand & Creative Review - Review website sections, banners, proposals, PDFs, pitch decks, lead magnets, and other materials - Give practical feedback on messaging, layout, tone, and visual hierarchy - Ensure all public-facing assets feel clear, intentional, and aligned with the brand *Team Guidance - Provide actionable feedback to the Social Media Manager - Help improve the team’s content thinking and creative decision-making - Support the Founder by reducing the need for final content reviews *Case Study Development - Help shape Lavea’s content efforts into future case studies - Recommend what metrics, proof points, and processes should be documented - Help connect content efforts to visibility, positioning, and future sales materials What We’re Looking For: Required: - Available during Eastern Time business hours - Strong understanding of content strategy and social media content - Experience with content repurposing across platforms - Strong grasp of brand voice, messaging, and positioning - Able to review content calendars, captions, hooks, and CTAs - Strong written English communication skills - Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable - Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously Nice to Have: - Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts - Experience with real estate, B2B, founder-led, or personal brands - Background in copywriting, brand strategy, or creative direction - Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts - Experience reviewing or building content calendars
